HZURA sells software to gaming operators. HZURA does not take bets from the public. The operator who holds the license decides the player rules, the age checks, and the help resources shown to players.

The player account tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, timeouts, and self-exclusion. Operators turn those controls on for the markets where they are licensed.

A player who needs help should use the responsible gaming page of the operator they play with. That page should list the local helpline for that market.
